Place garlic, chilli and butter into Thermomix bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and saute 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.

Add prawns and cook 5 min/Varoma/Reverse/speed 1/spatter guard.

Add lime juice, seasoning and cream and cook 2 min/Varoma/Reverse/speed 1/spatter guard.

Toss through cooked fettuccine pasta with a little of the cooking water added as needed to loosen the sauce. Garnish with thyme and serve with lemon (or lime) wedges on the side.
