Savoury Avocado Mousse
The creamiest of savoury mousses will garnish any dish with a little hit of citrus and a creamy mouth feel for contrast. Look at you go pro! You can use this for the Ceviche dish it was originally intended for or think outside the square and go Mexican prawn cocktail, or use it for anything Mexican as an addition. Totally easy and so good! If your piping skills are up to scratch you could really make an impression and for once, I am going to say, less is more!

Need
- 2-4 avocado ripe, peeled and pitted
- 50-100 Grams fresh lime juice
- 2 Teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 Pinches pink salt flakes BUY
- freshly cracked black pepper

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and lid.

Insert Butterfly and whip 30 sec/Butterfly/speed 3.
