The most delicious little recipe around from Thermomix. Make sure you put this on your must do list. SO easy, so garlicky and totally hits that spot!

I have been asked for a recipe for Garlic Prawns a few times, and as much as I love them, I am a great believer in a high heat to cook them quickly and to brown them up a bit. Of course, if you over do the brown, you have bitter garlic…so that is where Thermomix can really come into its own. So…combined with a little Light Lemon Risotto, this recipe is quick, easy and delicious.
