A decadent little number, suitable on festive occasions, when a fruit platter needs a sparkle!

I am seriously thinking of having a 'suggestions' tag in place of 'recipes' on here…I mean this is really just a suggestion, but a damned delicious one…hope you enjoy; nice and easy for a crowd and those who are practising restraint can happily continue to do so whilst they still join in….I often serve it at Christmas morning breakfast…you know, start the day off with fruit and all that….? (Is anyone buying this?)
