Baked Apples
One of the quickest desserts you can do in the AirFryer and pretty healthy to boot. We love these with ice cream, cream or custard. Enjoy!
My mum used to make baked apples the old fashioned way and we would nearly take the roof of our mouths off as we got into them before they had even had a chance to cool at all. She would pair these with some good old fashioned egg custard and that is my recommendation with this recipe too. Though admittedly, Killer Vanilla ice cream is also pretty magic as it melts all over the caramelised apple. YUM.
This is super simple to do, you can leave the brandy out and just use water in the tray if you like. Wintery dessert, made in literally minutes! Zero fuss.
