The simple things in life are usually the best and this is case in point. The perfect beginning to any pasta dish is homemade pasta.
Thanks to Sophie Budd who worked in the legendary Fifteen restaurant in the pasta kitchen, literally making pasta all day long, this recipe is simple, quick, delicious and works across every type of pasta you can think of. You have to love that!

Need
- 400 Grams bakers or strong flour
- 4 eggs extra large
- 2 Pinches pink salt flakes BUY
Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Mix 10 sec/speed 6. Knead 1 min/Interval.

Tip dough out on to a floured bench. Hand knead to form a ball. Wrap in cling wrap and rest for 30 minutes.

Working for Jamie inspired her to open her own cooking school and now she runs classes, team building events and catering.
She loves sharing recipes and ideas and teaching people to cook simple, nutritious meals for themselves and their families.
