This recipe came out of the need to create a few more recipes that would be stock pantry staples. And now I am using nut butters including this one, in so many ways, the least of which is eating it straight from the jar by the spoonful.

Need
- 250 Grams cashews roasted
- 20 Grams Very Vanilla Chai Powder Recipe
- 20 Grams coconut oil
Do

Place cashews, chai powder and coconut oil into the Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 10 scrape bowl and repeat.

Store in sterilized jar in the fridge until use.

Serve as you would peanut butter, but it is slightly sweet so you probably don't want to make satay with it...just a thought.
