Need
- ½ Bunches fresh coriander or cilantro including the cleaned roots
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 200 Grams pickled jalapeno chillies with a dash of the juice
- Juice 1 limes
- 1 Teaspoon pink salt flakes BUY
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
- 1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
- a couple coloured peppercorns
Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 15 sec/speed 4.

Scrape down bowl and blend again if needed.
