Mango Layer
- 150 Grams Mango, fresh or frozen, cubed
- 150 Grams Greek yoghurt
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 25 Grams pure maple syrup

Blueberry Layer
- 150 Grams blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 150 Grams Greek yoghurt
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 25 Grams pure maple syrup

Avocado Lime Layer
- 120 Grams avocado
- 130 Grams Greek yoghurt
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 50 Grams pure maple syrup

Raspberry Layer
- 150 Grams raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 130 Grams Greek yoghurt
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste vanilla bean paste BUY
- 50 Grams pure maple syrup

Line the base of a round spring form tin with baking paper. You could also use a straight sided loaf tin for this if you wished.

For each layer (choose any order you like) place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 20-30 sec/speed 8 until well blended. Times will vary slightly with each layer depending on density of frozen berries etc.

Pour each layer in and freeze for at least 2 hours before proceeding with the next layer.

To serve, remove from tin and cut into slices.
