Place all ingredients, except chicken, into the Thermomix bowl. Mill 10 sec/speed 10. Tip out on to a large plate.

Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces, approximately 1 cm thick. Not bite sized, but across the breast to create flat pieces.

Coat the chicken slices in the crumb.

Cook in preheated Air Fryer for 12 minutes at 200°C or until cooked through.
