Of course, if you wished to use a Toblerone bar you totally could, but this way you know exactly what is in it.

Place chocolate, honey, vanilla and salt into the Thermomix bowl and melt 5 min/37°C/speed 1 scraping bowl half way through. Remove from bowl and set aside.

Place the cream into the Thermomix bowl and whip 20 sec/Butterfly/speed 4 or until soft peaks form.

Fold the chocolate mix into the cream and add the almonds. Stir to combine with a spatula.

Serve with fresh fruit and or cookies, chocolate sticks etc for dipping.
