When we created the Humble Crumble ebook, this was a simple one that really is more of a suggestion. You need to make a crumble separately to this fruity bit and top this mixture with it. Seriously simple. Seriously delish. We loved the Almond Oat Crumble because almonds and cherries are a match made in heaven.

  • 670 Grams jar of morello cherries, drained
  • 80 Grams chocolate white couverture, cut in pieces BUY

Combine cherries and chocolate together then divide between buttered ramekins and top with crumble of choice.

Bake until just sticky and golden in a 180°C oven. (Around 15 min depending on the size of ramekin or dish you use.)
