Spring Clean Your Eating

As our days grow longer and the sun is out more, most of us start thinking about the extra cuddly bits we have accumulated over the cold months and particularly this year with the covid chins mounting up, I am in that bracket personally more than usual!

So we have put together a little list of some of our beautiful lighter recipes that will not only remind you that with the seasons changing, you can easily change your eating habits to help you drop a few unwanted kilos without sacrificing flavour or taste or freshness. (This coming from the dessert queen, I know...ironic!)

I do love salads all year round and will default to a salad over cooked veggies to be honest. I will be planting my herb garden again this weekend hopefully, and as I plan what I want to grow this coming year, it is always about the fresh ingredients that I use the most.

I hope the coming season brings a little bit of hope and good news for us all, and thankfully, it can bring some delicious, healthy food as always!
