I was craving delicious, decadent and totally off the charts naughty one Sunday afternoon…and this is what ended up happening. It’s a disease…or a talent, not sure which! But I am sure you will love it.

Need
- 200 Grams chocolate wafer biscuits, (cookies)
- 50 Grams butter BUY
- 1 Batch Marzipan Recipe
- 300 Grams chocolate dark BUY
- 150 Grams cream
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- Pinches pink salt flakes BUY
- Strawberries to garnish

Place biscuits (cookies) and butter into Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 8. Press into a 23cm flan tin with removable base and refrigerate while you make the marzipan.

Preheat oven to 160℃. Make the marzipan. Press into the biscuit base.

Bake 20 minutes until marzipan is fragrant and golden. Cool completely.

To make ganache, place all remaining ingredients and melt 3 min/50℃/speed 1.

Spread on top of marzipan and allow to set completely before garnishing with fresh strawberries.
