Chicken Alfredo Lasagne
When you have something that sticks in your mind because it was so good, eventually you need to make it! This is that dish!
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner, but lasagne! Not a tomato in sight!
We think this would also be awesome without the chicken, but with roasted pumpkin, leek, capsicum, eggplant, cauliflower or whatever veggies you love instead! (Bree scurries off to try it!)
One of my good friends made a version of this for me when my mum passed away and I did love it. So here is my version, probably a little trickier in that we made our own pasta, which by the way was next level delicious. Don't wait, get onto this one and I am pretty sure it will end up on rotation.
Try some of our other lasagne recipes too, we have plenty;
