Like vanilla, but chocolate flavoured vodka, great for so many uses, with no sweetness at all. Though you could add sugar if you wanted. EASY. Gift.

Need
- 100 Grams cacao nibs BUY
- 400 Grams vodka

Place the cacao nibs onto a baking paper lined tray and into a cold oven set to 160°C for 20 minutes.

Place roasted nibs into a glass jar and top with the vodka. Seal jar.

Shake the jar every day and when the vodka is nice and chocolate in colour, strain out the solids and reserve the vodka until needed in a sterilized jar.
