Chocolate Vodka Ice Cream Shake
A chocolatey, boozy ice cream shake is a great addition to a cocktail party or a combo dessert/after-dinner drink. I had actually tossed up putting this into the drinks section...but logic prevailed and it is now classified as ice cream. It is very naughty, but very good. Just test it and see. Of course you have to create the Chocolate Vodka first. But that is the simple part!! Not getting drunk on ice cream might just be the hard bit!
