Dreamy Fruit Salad
I do love fruit salad regardless (without apple please) then to think this can help me sleep, I am delighted. Part of a doTERRA project, good night!
It's a bit of a stretch to tell you that this fruit salad will help you sleep better, but it probably will! It is very quick and easy to whip up. The Fragrant Honey Syrup has its own sleeping benefits so call it dessert and get the kids to bed early...then good night to you too!

- 1 Batch Fragrant Honey Syrup Recipe

Place all fruit in a bowl and add a splash of the honey syrup to taste. Toss to combine.
