It's a bit of a stretch to tell you that this fruit salad will help you sleep better, but it probably will! It is very quick and easy to whip up. The Fragrant Honey Syrup has its own sleeping benefits so call it dessert and get the kids to bed early...then good night to you too!


Kiwis are rich in serotonin and antioxidants, both of which may improve sleep quality when eaten before bed.

Pineapples are especially rich in vitamin C and manganese, as well as numerous other vitamins and minerals.
