There’s something undeniably luxurious about black truffles—and when you combine them with creamy butter, you’ve got instant gourmet magic. This Black Truffle Butter is ridiculously easy to make but adds five-star flair to just about anything. Whether you’ve scored a fresh truffle or are using preserved slices or truffle paste, this compound butter is your new secret weapon in the kitchen. Keep it in the fridge or freezer and add instant elegance to even the simplest dishes.

Serve your Black Truffle Butter with:
– Rested grilled steak or roast chicken
– Freshly cooked pasta or gnocchi
Soft scrambled eggs or poached eggs on toast
– Steamed asparagus, broccolini or green beans
– Warm crusty bread or sourdough
Mashed or roasted potatoes
Popcorn (yes, seriously)

Once you’ve made it, you’ll find yourself adding it to everything. Because once you truffle, you can't ruffle.

Do

1

Place truffle into the Thermomix bowl and mill 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of bowl.

2

Add butter and salt and blend, 10 sec/speed 6 or until well combined. You can insert the Butterfly and whip 20 sec/speed 4 but the colour of the butter will become grey. The flavour is more throughout the butter though.

3

Turn out onto a piece of baking paper and scrape together into a roll. Wrap tightly and keep frozen until use. Slice off in rounds to use on anything you need!
