Looking to calm down at this time of year?? I know I am, so this is the perfect addition to your chamomile or rose tea. Fragrant and so good for chill

This very simple (get it?) syrup will keep in the fridge for ages, is useable at any time you need a sleep aid and you can add it to all sorts of tea, think chamomile, rose or rosehip. Or of course a hot brew choc as you are nodding off at night. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for long term use and don't go too wild or you may find yourself asleep on the job!

Lemon oil is known for easing stress and anxiety.

Geranium oil can alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.

Lavender oil is commonly used to help insomnia, and also is calming and helps clear the mind.

All of these oils will assist in a deeper longer sleep if taken consistently at the same time each evening.

Place honey and water into the Thermomix bowl. Heat 4 min/90°C/speed 2.

Add doTERRA oils and stir through.

Store in an airtight glass bottle in the fridge between uses. Will keep for at least 2 months.
