This is the cheats fudge, or if you will, the fudge you have when you have fudged the real fudge (that would be you Miss Debbie). This is so easy!….Let me repeat, so easy! The pic of me which has absolutely nothing to do with fudge is now considerably old…like me actually… and is from my former life. I still do these happy cooking poses though, so check out a Thermomix cooking class near you, in case you can catch me!

- 400 g chocolate bits or pieces
- 1 x 395 g tin of condensed milk
- Generous splash of real vanilla essence
- 120 g toasted nuts of choice
Place chocolate and milk into TM bowl.
Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 3. Scrape down sides of bowl if necessary.
Add vanilla essence and blend for 1 minute on speed 8.
Add nuts and stir through for 5 seconds on Reverse + speed 4.
Tip into lined 18cm square pan. Make sure the lining comes up higher than the edge of the pan for easy removal.
Refrigerate until set. Slice into squares with hot knife.
