Filling Ideas
- 2 Tablespoons Hey Pesto Recipe
- 100 Grams grated cheese (we used provlone)
- roasted vegetables (capsicum, mushroom, eggplant, onion etc)
- olives to taste

Cut each mini focaccia in half.

Spread pesto on both sides. Top with cheese, roasted vegetables, olives and any other fillings you desire. Toast or not, up to you.
