Make sure your pastry is ready to roll.

2  

Preheat oven to 200°C and grease 2 x 12 hole muffin tin with butter.

3  

Place the parmesan and garlic into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10, set side.

4  

Place all the remaining ingredients except egg wash into the Thermomix bowl and chop 2 sec/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary.

Add the parmesan and garlic mixture back into the bowl and stir with a spatula.

Divide the puff pastry into 20-24 equal pieces.

7  

Roll each into a rough square and place into prepared muffin tins.

8  

Spoon mixture on top, then pinch each corner of pastry together into the middle.

9  

Brush with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes.
