Seeded Fruit Crackers
Hands up who has paid a million dollars for these in the past. They are literally about $7 or $8 for a pack and then there is like 12 crackers in a pack. It's kind of outrageous when you can make them yourself. These are pretty amazing. We included them in our Amazing Grazing ebook, which is out now as a print book as well, due to popular demand. Need
- 1 Egg
- 2 egg whites
- 40 Grams raw caster sugar BUY
- 200 Grams plain flour BUY
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- 50 Grams craisins
- 50 Grams dried figs
- 40 Grams Pumpkin seeds
- 20 Grams Linseeds
- 20 Grams Water

Preheat oven to 180° And line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Place egg, egg whites and sugar into the Thermomix bowl and combine 10 sec/speed 6

Add the remaining ingredients and knead 2 mins/interval

Turn out dough on to a floured bench and shape into a log. Bake for 35 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Once cool, slice the log into thin crackers and place on trays.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until dried out to your liking.

Serve with cheese and dips.
