Tenina’s Guac
The easiest, freshest guacamole you’ll ever make – creamy, zesty, and ready in seconds with your Thermomix.
This is my no-fuss, absolutely essential guac that proves simple is best. Ripe avocados, a hit of lime, a little garlic, and just the right balance of seasoning all come together in seconds thanks to the Thermomix. It’s the kind of recipe you’ll make on repeat; for tacos, toast, bowls, BBQs, or just straight off the spoon (no judgement here). Fresh, vibrant, and ridiculously easy. I love the addition of a lot of fresh veggies in this and sometimes I will add chopped celery, capsicum or charred corn. Add the corn chips and you practically have a meal.
