What are antioxidants?

If free radicals elevate the cells of the body can be damaged and then lead into a range of common diseases. Keeping them at the correct level means that you have a good immune system and your body is well balanced.

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and chop 20 sec/speed 8. Scrape bowl and repeat. Continue this until you have a smooth paste texture.

Keep the paste in the fridge and take by the tablespoon to soothe sore throats and to boost immunity. You should really take it daily if there is anyone in the household who is unwell.
