Perfect fridge fixin’s. You can have this all organised for a chocolate shake emergency...cos they are a legit thing.

I am always flat out, you may have noticed. I like it that way. It keeps me sane. (Though there are those who would argue this point!)

The thing that keeps me energised and on task is my Brew Choc habit. If you follow me, you will know all about it. I am obsessed. So obsessed with brewing cacao that I started my own brand, Brew Choc in fact. It is time for you to give it a whirl. We are now stocking small grocers around Perth or you can always get it online through my store.

I digress. One of the impediments to people drinking Brew Choc that has come back to us, is ease of use. SO, this recipe will solve that little problem. The thing I love about Brew Choc (apart from all of it's amazing health giving qualities, great taste and versatility) is that you can have it your way. So if this recipe is too sweet or you want to stay keto, leave out the sugar, or swap it out for something you love or is included in your eating plan. If you want something other than vanilla, try any dry spices of your choice to brew with the syrup. Strain and continue as directed. You are dairy free? Then go with any of the many alternative milks on this site or your favourite milk. Love a great decadent hot chocolate in the winter? Add cream or ice cream or both. Want to keep the habit up in summer? Go iced. It is really up to you.

Having this little jar of joy in the fridge is always a winner though. However you take your brew. Drink ASAP. As Slowly As Possible.
