It is super simple to have on hand, you can use it in cold or hot milk and bam, instant Chai. We love drizzling it over our morning porridge, using it as an ice cream syrup, or to amp up the flavour in the Prana Chai Jelly Milk Tea. So keep on chai-ing...you got this!

- 10 Tablespoons Prana Chai mix BUY
- 100 Grams honey
- 400 Grams water

Gently crush the chai mix in a mortar and pestle, making sure to bruise the seed pods.

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Cook 5 min/Varoma/speed 1. Cool, then strain. Keep in the fridge until you need it for oh, a smoothie, a cold milk bubble tea or just as a drizzle on your morning porridge.
