Pulled Pork Soft Tacos with Grilled Pineapple Slaw
I am so in love with the Grilled Pineapple Slaw that it appears in loads of recipes. LOADS! So stock up on pineapple and have at it! You will love it too I am pretty sure. It works well with meat or vegetarian options, is great with pork especially and is so tasty you could eat an entire bowl of it on it's own and feel satisfied.
In this instance, you are assembling. Once you have made the components, you can freeze them (other than the salad) and then whip them out at a moment's notice to produce something quite spectacular....genius.
COOK ONCE, EAT TWICE:
This recipe uses our fantastic Cornmeal Soft Taco Shells which can be premade and frozen, to be used as needed.
It also uses our tasty Basic Pulled Pork which can be pre-made in a giant batch and frozen in portion sizes.
