Lattice Cheescake Slice with way too much butter plus lots of vanilla. Cannot go wrong, am I right? Melt in your mouth.

Do you remember these? I am pretty sure my mum used to make these without the homemade jam. The jam does add something though especially when it is Strawberry Vanilla Jam.

They are super delicious. I had to give them away for fear of eating them all in a matter of hours. They will keep in the fridge pretty well unless you cannot resist. So think about that! A cheesecake slice. So good. So vintage! Enjoy.
