Air Fryer Cauliflower Steak with Béarnaise Sauce and Gremolata

We have been playing around with the airfryer for a few months now and we are loving all the options we are discovering. I have made cauliflower steaks in the oven before with less success, these were delish and properly cooked. We are well on our way to a little airfryer project, so stay tuned. Preheat air-fryer for 5 minutes at 100°C.


Cut off the cauliflower leaves and trim the bottom of the cauliflower. Cut thick slices of cauliflower, about 1 1/2 inch thick. Depending on the size of your cauliflower you'll get 3 or 4 nice thick "steaks". Save remaining florets for something else.


In a small bowl mix together the paprika, garlic, onion, cumin and salt. Sprinkle all over the cauliflower on both sides. Drizzle with EVOO and place 1 or 2 at a time in the air-fryer. Cook for 8 minutes, or until browned.


The Gremolata; Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix to combine.


Serve cauliflower steaks with Gremolata and Béarnaise sauce to taste.
