Air Fryer Pulled Pork Burgers
If you have joined the airfryer army like most of Australia (according to my friends at Kitchen Warehouse) then this will make you very happy. Pulled pork in about 1/3 of the time it would normally take. Get the buns sorted, the coleslaw on and you are good to go. Then think outside the bun option and go with quesadillas, glamourous toasties, even a ragu. Dinner? Lunch? I got your back here!
OH...and that chipotle mayo...seriously. Have it in your fridge at all times, for flavour emergencies!
AND, if you didn't know about pulled pork in your Thermomix, it is literally the easiest and best way to do it. Give it a whirl.
