Air Fryer Savoury Mince
Did you join the air fryer army during covid? I think most of Australia did, so we cooked up a little book full of delicious recipes. Here is one!

Need
- 500 Grams beef mince
- 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 Pinches pink salt flakes BUY
- 20 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY

Preheat Air Fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients then place into the Air Fryer.

Cook 6 minutes, break up with a fork, cook further 5 minutes.

Serve in any of the suggested recipes or in any of your own that require a nice savoury meat addition.
