Tradtional Apple Sauce
Apple sauce is essential to serve with roast pork, pork sausages or grilled pork chops. It’s also a great addition to bakes and cakes: stir it through pancake batter before cooking, or use it in muffins or cakes to add moisture to the mix. Get it into your fridge!
TIP:
Pimp this sauce by adding fresh or dried rosemary, chopped mint or fennel seeds when cooking.
