When you need that quick and good to go snack for school or work lunches, get a batch of these sorted and frozen in separate bags. Voila. Winning.

We love doTERRA essential oils in the test kitchen as they add so much flavour for so little! They have a huge long shelf life, some health benefits and are just so easy to store and use. Get yourself sorted with them this year, you won't regret it. We have even written a couple of books using these oil and continue to do so by request with our European doTERRA partner, Essential Oil Supplies.

Here are a few more recipes starring one or another of our favourite oils;

Greenest Green Smoothie

Carrot Cake Smoothie

Cinnamon Almond Butter Dates

Cambodian Black Pepper Beef Salad

Lip Balm

Rhubarb Raspberry and Black Pepper Mousse

Need

Do

1

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a muffin tin with 12 cases.

2

To make the apple sauce, place apples and lemon juice into the Thermomix bowl. Cook 12 min/100°C/speed 1. Blend 10 sec/speed 8. Scrape bowl and repeat. Cool and then add doTERRA oils and vanilla bean paste. Cool.

3

Place cooled apple sauce, eggs, milk, EVOO, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt into the Thermomix bowl. Combine 10 sec/speed 6. Pour into a bowl.

4

Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda over the top and gently fold in with a spatula.

5

Spoon into muffin cases.

6

To make the crumble topping, place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Don't over do it. We don't want a paste, we want it crumbly.

7

Sprinkle crumble on top of the batter. Bake for 5 minutes then reduce heat to 180°C and bake for a further 20 minutes.

8

Cool on a wire rack.
