- 200 Grams Blanched Almonds roasted Recipe
- 2 Pinches pink salt flakes BUY
- 1 Drop doTERRA cinnamon bark oil BUY
- 5 Drops doTERRA wild orange oil BUY
- 10 Grams pure maple syrup

To make the Almond Butter, place almonds into the Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 10. Scrape bowl, add remaining ingredients and blend 10 sec/speed 10. You want a thick paste consistency, If it's too dry, continue blending.

Cut open the dates, across the length, not all the way through. Remove and discard the pit. fill with almond butter. We found it easiest to roll a little of the butter into a small sausage shape then place inside the date.
