I am not much of a green smoothie person, but lately I have been soooo busy that having a quick smoothie in the morning has been my go to in order to get through a day with maximum nutrition in a short space of time. Amazingly I have actually enjoyed them. My rules for smoothies are the same as always. Make sure you blend no less than 2 minutes in order to achieve the 'smoothie' bit. I hate mulch smoothies...just saying. If you haven't seen my Smoothie Chart it is time to invest a huge $3 and be the smoothie king or queen. It's the best way to avoid grass clippings in your morning wake up!
BENEFITS: Ginger oil benefits include its ability to ease stomach problems, nausea, heart strokes, and indigestion. It is also good for treating inflammation and respiratory problems.
