Cajun Spice Mix
Every time I have a good idea and it involves something other than what I already have in my cupboard, this is what happens. Whip it up I say. Get it in the spice drawer. Now I need to start using it in other things...this originally was created for the Not Fried Chicken recipe. Go and make that too. YUM!
But think eggs, cheese on toast, salad dressings. SO many ways to use this to create a party in your mouth.

Need
- 2 Teaspoons pink salt flakes BUY
- 2 Teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 Teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 Pinch chilli flakes
Do

Dry toast all this mixture in a frying pan until fragrant.

Place into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 6.

Store in an airtight container until use.
