Place greens into the Thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape around the sides of the bowl and around the blade and repeat if needed. You don't want it too fine as it will continue to break down during cooking time.

Add butter and seasoning and cook 10 min/Reverse/100°C/speed 2.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Add cream and heat 2 min/100°C/speed 2. If you prefer it finer, level up the speed to around for a few seconds at the end.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
