Place all pasta ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 6 sec/speed 6.

Knead 3 min/Interval. Remove dough from bowl, wrap and rest for at least 30 minutes.

Using a pasta roller, roll and laminate the pasta dough several times before cutting into desired pasta shape.

Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for approximately 2-3 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Toss through the sauce of choice as directed in the video.

Serve with plenty of grated parmesan cheese.
