Need
- 1 small head lettuce, chopped
- 1 small bag baby spinach leaves
- 2-3 stalks celery, in pieces
- 1 apple, quartered
- 1 pear, quartered
- 1 banana
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 300 Grams Coconut Water BUY
Do
- 1
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 10 with the aid of the spatula. Blend until you are happy with texture and consistency. If necessary add more water to taste. Serve over ice or add ice to Thermomix bowl when making this smoothie.
