OK, I know there are coriander haters out there, and believe it or not, I am a bit of a peanut hater unless it comes in the form of peanut butter, and I would never have put this combo together as I just couldn't imagine it going well together. Need
- 100 Grams parmesan cheese cubed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green chilli(es)
- 2 Bunches fresh coriander or cilantro leaves, stems and roots
- 6 makrut (kaffir) lime leaves leaves, sliced thinly
- 100 Grams peanuts roasted
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- 1 limes juice only
- 50 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY

Place Parmesan, garlic and chilli into the Thermomix bowl and Chop 10 sec/speed 10

Add coriander and kaffir lime leaves and chop 10 sec/speed 8

Add all remaining ingredients and combine 6 sec/speed 5
