The Easiest Pastry Snack ever and perfect for entertaining! Tis the Season.

Spinach and Three Cheese Triangles

When looking for something that everyone will love and devour, you really cannot go past pastry wrapped cheeses. I love my Empire pastry so much, that I barely make my own these days. If you can get Empire, you must! If you cannot, then Careme is a great option also. If neither, it is time to make your own!

Appetiser describes these perfectly...they are very appetising~!

These Spinach and Three Cheese Pastry Triangles are always going to be a crowd-pleasing favorite! Made using your Thermomix, the creamy spinach and cheese filling pairs beautifully with flaky, golden pastry. Whether you’re preparing party snacks, a lunchbox treat, or a quick finger food for a gathering, these triangles are as versatile as they are delicious. Get ready to impress your family and friends with this easy yet irresistible recipe!
