We got so excited about our cheese making that we are considering creating a cheese course...in our spare time. Stay tuned, but in the meantime, get practising with some of these fun recipes that we have created for the Insider Club. If you wanted something uber cute and impressive for a cheese board or grazing table, these would have to be it! They are very easy to make as Thermie does all the work. So get rocking and rolling and see what you come up with. The best idea is to download and print the recipe, watch the video with the recipe in front of you and make notes. Not difficult, you just need to know how!

Make sure you check out our other homemade cheese recipes...and then consider how you will be using those in the future!

Do

1

Once you have created the mozzarella cheese, divide it into small pieces and keep warm.

2

Lay a piece of baking paper along your bench and roll each piece of cheese in herbs, edible flowers, cracked pepper or whatever takes your fancy. Lay a few cm apart on the paper and tie between the cheese balls with string or twine. Refrigerate.

3

When ready to serve, unwrap (we cut the string and paper off, it is easier!) and drizzle with EVOO. You could garnish with herbs and or flowers at this stage as well. Serve with good crackers, some olives, some walnuts. Or use in any other way you would normally use bocconcini.
