If you are not making salad dressings in your Thermomix, then you should really take it back. Seriously...how hard is it to chuck it all in, blitz and blend and then drizzle? Not very! SO...rule of salad dressing ratios...approximately...1/3 oils or fats, 1/3 acids (vinegars, citrus, tamarind) and 1/3 additions like onion, garlic, herbs, honey, mustards, other additions. Get creative, chuck it in and let your imagination run wild...it's only salad after all.
