Place all soup base ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Blend 10 sec/speed 8. Divide between 2 large jars of choice.

Place a nest of vermicelli noodles down one side of the jar.

Top with pineapple kraut, then layer all remaining ingredients.

Store in refrigerator until ready to eat. If you are using chicken, this can only be a few days. If you don't use chicken, it can be up to a week.

To eat, pour boiling water into the jar, place lid on and let sit for 10 minutes. Alternatively, tip contents of jar into a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
