Pork Filled Savoury Pancakes
I just LOVE this recipe. They are seriously delicious. So simple and so quick. The longest part of the recipe is whipping up the crepes...and how hard is that? (Not very!)
Add plenty of sauce to splash around, think Sriracha, sweet chilli, tamari, even tomato at a pinch, but don't tell me about it!
