Steamed Fish Fillets with Chermoula Butter
This recipe has been doing the rounds in one way or another with me for years. I love adding flavour with butter. It just makes a quick weeknight meal that has heaps of flavour soooo easy to produce at a moment’s notice. So get any butter flavour happening that you like, steam your fish, chicken, prawns and you are good to go! Chermoula, Mustard, on!!
This recipe now appears in Cooking with Tenina; More great recipes for the Thermomix. (Which just quietly is nearly sold out across the nation, but I still have copies available in my store.)
