The Four Second Breakfast

If you have a thermomix or a thermochef (which as you are here I am expecting that is the case!) you will no doubt have heard of CADA, a fresh muesli that takes all of 4 seconds to produce and is delish, nutrish and swish! Well dreaming of more ways to eat Brew Choc, my latest healthy energy craze, I came up with this delicious concoction that has the added benefits of brazil nuts, raspberries, and coconut cream!

I did roast the brazil nuts, but that is entirely optional as are the salt flakes.
