Fastest breakfast known to mankind (or mumkind) and delish, kid friendly, full of goodness from brazil nuts, coconut, banana and raspberries, easy to prepare on demand, easier to eat on demand, gluten free, dairy free. Easily swap out the banana for frozen mango for something equally as decadent. Or even dragon fruit or other frozen fruit of choice.

All good. No nasties, the kids will think they are having ice cream for breakfast! You are welcome!

Remove the solid portion of the coconut cream and set aside. Reserve the rest for another recipe. (This will only work if you have refrigerated the coconut cream for several hours.)

2

Place nuts, Brew Choc, bananas, vanilla and salt into Thermomix bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 6.

3

Place into serving bowls and top with raspberries and the reserved coconut cream and even some extra Brew Choc granules.

Pretty, filling, full of all the good stuff for a great start to the day, easily increased in volume, so fast it ain't funny and I have to say, a touch above average for breakfast. Enjoy!
