Thunder Cake Drop Scones
When breakfast demands something more than porridge, try porridge in a drop scone. Perfect for after school snacking as well. GO mum!
I am calling these breakfast, butI used to make these for my kids after school quite frequently. There is no filling up growing boys! Cheaper than (well) chips and much more nutritious. Fabulous hot or cold, and don’t hold back on the berries. (Whipped cream purely optional!)
Good on you Mum!
